I´m beyond excited over going to ELLE’s summer party today. The sun is shining and we are going to spend the evening nearby the sea – I know it´s going to be a magical night! The only thing is; what to wear among all the celebrities and fashionistas?

I like to have it as simple and practical as possible in the kitchen, so it´s easy to keep clean and to make food etc. A few details are therefore carefully planned so we only have what we need at hand. I like to keep it that way in our cabinets and drawers as well, so this weekend I ( once again ) got rid of lots of stuff that we don´t use. Stuff that just took up a lot of space. It feels so good to have some extra room and to maintain the good flow in the kitchen.

Igor Josif is one of my favorite male interior design bloggers and I´m very happy see that he is now a member of the web portal Stylizimo.com, and is sharing photos of his wonderful happy apartment in Munich, Germany.
I like his delicate use of colors and the way his home reflects his personality; I know that he travels a lot and is in love with the ocean. After meeting Igor a few times on blog events, I also know that he is a warm and happy guy , and the kind of person you feel like you have known for a long time even after a few minutes.

Summer is here and I have moved out on our terrace. It´s extremely nice to have an extra living room with sunny and green surroundings and I´m enjoying every minute of it!
I haven´t had the time to buy much plants/flowers yet though, so in the meanwhile I have moved some of my green plants outside. But I need more! I want lots of green plants so I can have have my own little jungle out there *smile*!

Will Taylor behind the popular blog Bright Bazaar are known for his colorful inspiration, and I´m truly impressed by everything he does, he is such a talented person and he really knows how to use color. Not long ago he launched his first book called “Bright Bazaar- Embracing color for make-you-smile style”, and I´m happy to say that I finally have a copy of his amazing book.
Although this is a colorful book, I´m proud and honoured to say that I´m actually featured in his book with my very own photos from our monochrome home. Yes, he also has a few pages of the monochrome style as well *smile* ! I also did a styling for him where I added yellow to the black & white, so you can see the difference by adding a color. It´s fun to finally the result on print…
