This weekend I finished a new painting. I haven´t painted for a while, but I have decided to paint more as I find it very relaxing. It is nice to step away from the computer every now and then, and to find other ways of being creative. This is my way of meditating I guess… Do you have any hobbies?

The snow is slowly melting and it´s soon time for me to move out the outdoor furniture. I can´t say how much I´m longing to lie here in the sun with a iced latte in my hand. Oh, boy! We certainly have some good times ahead of us.

I see marble everywhere these days, and I love it. Just look at this beautiful white kitchen that is “dressed up” in marble. Perfect!
I actually have the same tray as in the picture above, only in a smaller size. I have it in my kitchen for my favorite cooking oils and seasonings.
What do you think about having marble in the kitchen?

Even though I love my living room, I really feel that I need some changes. I´m actually looking for a new sofa, and I have some other plans with the wall behind it as well. Since most of my projects are on a low budget, I´m looking at Finn.no to see if I can find anything second-hand.
Anyway, if you know anybody in my area that are looking for a nice second-hand sofa, mine if for sale at Finn.no too. I really love it and it´s in good shape, but there is time for something new *smile*.

It´s last day of Easter and it has been a wonderful holiday. I can´t believe that we have had sunshine every day! Even though I like sunshine, I´m not the kind of person that can sit still in the sun all day long. I have therefore been painting some walls etc. in the house instead. That ´s relaxation for me – getting things done.
As I have mentioned earlier; I do love to take time for a sunny breakfast during the holidays..
