In the cleaning process when moving out of my old home, my vacuum cleaner decided to retire from service leaving with a bit of a problem when I got into my new home. Thankfully, I got an offer to test the new In’genius vacuum cleaner from Bosch. I have to admit that my view of vacuum cleaners is pretty simple, and as long as the dust on the floor disappears I have been happy. I was therefore a bit intrigued when Bosch would like me to test a vacuum cleaner that was labeled innovative. Could it do more than removing dust?
And after testing it now for a few weeks, I am happy to say that it met my expectations and then some. Firstly, this vacuum cleaner is powerful! If I set it to maximum effect no dust or dirt is safe (as long as it not glued to the floor). To give you an example it actually lifts up some old and heavy carpet titles I have in the basement (not glued). With such a powerful vacuum cleaner I would have expected it to make a fair bit of noise, but this is where the innovation bit really shows. This machine is very silent, and this is a feature I have come to love! I have been so used to vacuum cleaners making a lot of noise that this feature actually made vacuum cleaning a bit more fun!
Another nice feature is the extra long cable cord (12 meters) which also makes the cleaning more hassle free as I don’t have to change sockets as often as before. Simple things that in the end makes a big difference.
So, having done my first review of a vacuum cleaner I have to admit that I have come to like this one. My dogs white hairs are painlessly removed from the sofa, and it does it without making much sound. A big thumbs up from me!
