We should of course celebrate love everyday and I´m sure many of you do, but I think it´s nice to have a day once a year were you get reminded to do that little extra for the one you love, so I´m actually a bit excited about Valentine´s day.
It doesn´t have to be about a fancy dinner or expensive gifts either; personally I prefer to celebrate the day at home, setting a romantic table for two that will let me show my love through my creativity. Maybe you can surprise your love with his/her favorite coffee with a romantic touch, or make some chocolate dipped strawberries like I´ve done here – a couple of simple ideas that doesn´t cost much.
I´ll finish my Valentine table setting today, so I can share it here with you tomorrow. Maybe you´ll get a few ideas there as well…

I love the idea of bringing simplicity to the table on Valentine’s day. Because we can honestly surprise without spending the big bucks! YAY!
I can’t wait to see the table setting you are preparing.
