Remember the butterflies that we used in the exhibition at House of Oslo? I promised you that I would show you how we made them, and here you have a little tutorial.
Trim the edges of the coffee filter, and paint it in desired colors by the using a lot of water with the paint. Attach a paper clip in the middle to form the butterfly until it dries. Then you can put on the clothepin, and maybe decorate it with some pearls as feelers.
They are actually quite nice without paint as well, so this can be done in a jiffy!
Attach a tread, and hang it wherever you´d like – the more the merrier!
