Cloudy_Stylizimo shop

Let me introduce you to my new Cloudy pot, as I got some questions about if on Instagram when I showed this picture. The Cloudy pot is designed by Swedish designer, blogger and TV-star Hanna Wessman, and for me it was love at first sight when I saw it in Gothenburg a little while ago. I also like the fact that it´s possible to have it both outdoor and indoor, and I´m thinking of investing in some big ones for my terrace ( you might remember that I had it in my latest inspiration collage ?)

Anyway, I´m happy to say that the Cloudy pots now are available in Stylizimo Shop, and we have them in this dark grey, green and white in different sizes.

Aesop Homansbyen Norway 14

Yesterday Aesop opened up a new Snøhetta-designed signature store at Majorstuen in Oslo, and it looks fantastic. This is actually the sixth Aesop signature store created in collaboration with Snøhetta, and although they look very different, they all look amazing!

The new store in Oslo is situated on the ground floor of a functionalism 1940s apartment building. The 63-square meter interior draws inspiration from original details and materials, imagining them anew. The use of oak and brass details on the sink certainly creates a warm and calm atmosphere in the store.

Absolutely worth a visit next time in Oslo.

I´m a big fan of the new ELVARI system that IKEA will launch this august, and I can´t wait to get some of it in my home and build a nice wardrobe or/and a better storage solution in our messy storage room. It looks really good, right?

Studio Kitchen_Frama

Last night Frama launched their new Apothecary Collection in Jannicke Kråkvik & Alessandro D´Orazio fabulous apartment in Oslo – the super stylists and owners of the interiorshop Kollekted by. We had the chance to test both the hand wash and hand lotion, and I have to say that the fresh, aromatic scent with notes of sandalwood, cedarwood, and ylang ylang was really wonderful. The bottles also look very good and are made of Italian glass. The entire St. Pauls Apothecary Collection is designed and made in Denmark and the products are 100% natural – a big thumbs up from me!

The collection is already for sale at Kollekted by, but it will be available in other stores as well.

Kråkvik & D´Orazio´s apartment was a feast for the eye, and I had to take a few photos with my phone so I could share it here with you. With the dark greyblue walls ( Jotun Lady 4629 Skyggeblå ), and tall windows, it looked quite amazing with all the magical light. As you can see in my first photo, they also have the stunning new Frama Studio kitchen in their home. The good news is that they will actually start selling Frama´s kitchen units at Kollekted by from this fall. Absolutely worth to take a look at if you are planning a new kitchen – it´s really nice!

Northern Lighting just released the new photos from their photo shoot in Berlin, and I have to say that they all look amazing and very shareable! The Norwegian stylist Per Olav Sølvberg is a friend of mine, and I have always been impressed by his work. He has great talent and always work with his heart – a visual storyteller for sure! ( I recommend following him on Instagram – it´s magic for the eye! )

The photo shoot took place in one of Berlin’s urban apartments where a young gallerist live. “The feeling of presence without seeing a person” was the mood they wanted to create with this new series of photos, and I think they did it very well.

On these photos you see the lantern Fyr ( that I´m a lucky owner of myself ), designed by Vibeke Skar & Ida Noemi.

And here is the lovely Snowball designed by Trond Svendgård. So simple, yet very beautiful and elegant.

See more of their new photos on Northern Lighting´s Instagram. They will probably soon be featured on their website as well.

I´ll be back later today with some photos from a an event I went to yesterday – so stay tuned : )
